Refunds
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds as all our products are non-refundable due to hygienic health and safety reasons.
The only exception for a refund is if you have selected the wrong product on the site and if you have not received the item within 24-48 hours.
Pick-ups
If you fail to pick up your Order you will NOT be refunded. All orders must be picked up within 72 hours unless you have made arrangements to pick up your order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
