Shipping policy

All Shipping is done with Canada Post, once your order has been shipped, you will get an email sent to you with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package through the Canada Post tracking system after 24hours.

Orders typically take between 24 and 48 hours to be processed from the date the order was placed. Please allow 2-4 business days for orders to be shipped. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when placing your order. 

NOTE: Orders placed after 5 PM on FRIDAY will NOT be processed until THE FOLLOWING MONDAY.

ASHANTA SWIM does not ship on major Canadian holidays or weekends (New Year’s Day, Canada Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day).

All items will be shipped via Canada Post. 

Canada Post deliveries can take between 2-7 business days within Canada.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking number we provide, please contact Canada Post.

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS
Unfortunately, we cannot split an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do ship internationally. SHIPPING CHARGES APPLY. 

Items shipped outside of Canada are subject to duties, taxes, handling and/or other misc. charges as defined by the country of import. These fees are NOT included in the cost of your ASHANTA SWIM order and must be paid in order to be released for delivery. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order with ASHANTA SWIM.

You, as the customer are responsible for the payment of all fees and will not be reimbursed by ASHANTA SWIM.
ASHANTA SWIM will not provide a refund for the package if it has been abandoned at customs due to non-payment of fees. We (ASHANTA SWIM) are not responsible for any shipment fees for international shipping once the items leave our facility.
